Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail boxes and mailing lists. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, configure mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailboxes. Simply specify the e-mail account you wish to redirect email messages from, then select the target e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
